When your system gives you an E68 Error its indicating to you a specific failure of the HDD or the connection to the HDD.  Make sure the HDD is connect properly.  If, so and you can't seem to boot past the error screen.  Make a repair order, follow the directions, package your system well and immediately ship it to us so that we can correct the issue.

When sending the Xbox in for service I recommend you use a shipping service with tracking or delivery confirmation. Make sure your name is on the return address or listed somewhere on the package for the fastest service possible! Please adequately pack your Xbox in sturdy packaging such as a box rather than an envelope!

Also with your Xbox please be sure to include the following on a sheet of paper:  

      Name
      Email Address
     
      Brief description of the problem you're having  

This is to help us keep track of your Xbox and to give a background into your Xbox troubles!

justparts is not liable for any damage incurred during the shipment from your location to justparts's facility. We cannot have non-documented Xbox being delivered due to the hassle of having to sort out the owner and the owners form of payment. If an Xbox is delivered without an online store order, it will be held until the owner can be reached (for up to 90 days.) If no contact is made, the Xbox will be considered abandoned and justparts will take ownership.
